What the designer says:
"This collection is about Björn Borg's legacy, aspiration and mindset. We create expressions and energy from his persona. Smash is about conscious strenghts and flamboyant manners. The collection is inspired by Björn Borg's heydays at the end of the seventies and beginning of hte eighties in New York. The impressions from the pop and disco era, the long lasting garage mixes, the art world with all the sparkling influences, charm meets integrity, distinguished tennis having an affair with fashion. New classic shapes in sophisticated innovative fabrics evoke meaning. That's our definition of another sport.

What we say:
First out to present during the week to present their spring/summer collection was Björn Borg with their new "White" collection. Smart casual with sports influences is a simple way to describe this collection. The models were all preppy looking and could have been flown in straight from New England. It is not incredibly innovative, but it looks good and comfortable and will definitily work for the spring and summer.
