I know lots of women that are carrying around makeup bags with half empty bottles and tubes. The bathroom at home is normally just as bad.

Start with cleaning out all the makeup that you are not using. It is better to get rid of it than risk using old makeup.

This cleanup is obviously not only about the makeup but also all old brushes and other applicators that you have not used for a long time.

When the cleanup is done it is time to clean. Brushes are best cleaned with a bit of fairy liquid. When this is done use a bit of conditioner on them so they stay soft. It is not a bad idea to make this a good habit. Try and clean the brushes once per week and that will help keep both skin and makeup bag nice.

The makeup bag itself should be cleaned as well. When this is done it might be a good idea to separate makeup and applicators so the latter´s are kept in a separate bag, this way they won´t mess up the rest of the makeup bag.

Now that wasn´t so hard was it? Now when you been so good I suggest you reward yourself with a new little toiletry bag and some new makeup.
