It seems as if our nagging is finally giving result – guys are finally understanding that the normal soap is supposed to be ditched for a cleanser when the face is about to be washed. With that knowledge comes the task of finding the right product – to help we have tested three cleansers.
To be all fair and square and make a good test we tested cleansers in very different price ranges. They might not be all comparable since one is a foaming cleanser, which has a slightly different effect, but still – we think you´ll live and you might even learn something new. If you want to know more about why and how to use a cleanser we recommend that you take a quick look in our grooming school and the lesson for cleansers. The cheap one in this test is the L300 (sounds like some kind of tool doesn’t it?). It is a product that you will be able to get for a very good price at “Apoteket”. Unfortunately the best I can say is that it does its job. It doesn’t feel special and it is almost as if it sticks to the face even after you have rinsed it off. So… it does the job – that’s it! KEB is a completely new range with Swedish skincare products and considering the focus on this site it is obviously fun to test Swedish products. This is another product that I find ok but not terrific. I might be slightly partial here since it is not really good for me to use foaming cleansers. I have dry skin and they tend to make that worse. As a foaming cleanser it seems fine though but still without that little extra (and I am always looking for that – you should too). Last but not least is the cleanser that has become my big favorite. Guess it is just the overall feel of it, scent, feeling and result. It is like applying silk to your skin and the result is nothing but perfect. A bonus is that you can use it as a face masque as well. The gold star clearly goes to Armani Skin Minerals cleanser this time. All these products are available in selected shops.
