On of Gothenburg’s largest shops for men´s wear has had an extensive facelift during the spring and summer.
Holmens Herr has been one of the largest men´s wear shops in Gothenburg since it opened in 1964. The selection has always been of well known premium brands like Hugo Boss, Gant and Tiger of Sweden. With the refurbishment comes a new step in the development. The strong sense of service and the genuine interest in fashion is still there and the selection has got even wider with trendy labels like Acne and Hugo.
The architect behind the new design is Morthen Bogh Andersen, that has also designed interiors for Eton and Bitte Kai Rand. Morten has had a focus on a young aware target group when he has designed the international shop concept. A reserved style is mixed with comfort and coziness. “My aim has been to create an international men´s wear shop. Not a fashion shop or a brand store”, Morten Bogh Andersen explains.
